Time for nature

What comes to your mind when you hear the word nature?

Being a person hailing from North Pakistan, the first thing that hits my mind when I say nature is the beautiful scenario of my village. The blue sky puffed with the brilliant white clouds in the sunlight, the mighty mountains surround us with a white blanket of snow over the top, the beautiful flowers giving us the vibe of happiness, and the cherishing cold breezes that hit us evoking our mind and soul.

What is nature:

The exact words we use to determine nature can always escape us, but I think we acknowledge them when we encounter it because nature is the thing that causes a hunk in the throat and shock to the soul. I believe that each of us instinctively builds a personal definition of nature that in one way or another includes the concepts of affinity, lucidity, communication, and color.

No words can describe the essence of nature, to explain it we need to tell our experiences and feelings. We have to explicit it from the first time we encounter nature. You probably saw children love playing outside and they start loving nature from the time they start feeling the beauty of creation without realizing it.

I saw lots of people who are nature enthusiasts, they started to develop a womb-to-tomb attachment to the creation and natural world. The love for mother nature evokes from childhood, a camping weekend, the nights they sleep observing the stars under the sky, and the trips with friends and family. The most necessary factor for understanding macrocosm is that you simply extremely got to see it for yourself. Having philosophical thoughts about nature is not enough, we have to cultivate personal awareness that changes our ways of understanding the world around us.

Albert Einstein penned, “Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better.”

With the constant exercise of using our senses and staring at the styles of plants, birds, bushes, and connections to the completeness of your environment, you'll discover ways to apprehend nature deeply.

How natures beauty influences us:

The nature we see every day has the power of healing. Just waking up early in the morning and walking barefooted on the cool grasses, will awake innermost feeling of happiness and peace. Being closer to nature helps us improve physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. A strong affiliation to the natural setting enhances emotional comfort and alleviates feelings of social isolation. Nature-loving human beings are extra environmentally aware and responsible. They have a rational experience of the use of their mind and are extra proactive to enact disturbances that would help in maintaining the surroundings they stay in. Interaction with creation improves mental health and fills the mind with a shallow insight into life. Moreover, a strong relation of an individual with nature results in emotional and mental stability.

  What nature portray:

Nature exists in two forms: it is around us and it is within us. We are not separated from the nature that exists around us, it is all connected. When we look deep into nature, we come to the idea that everything has to say something to us. Allah has put a message in everything that is happening around. For instance, let's take the occurrence of day and night. It gives us the view that our life is a combination of both darkness and brightness. Everything has to come at a specific time, everything got its charm and importance. So, take some time out of your busy days and observe what nature is telling you.

Conclusion:

The biggest joy of life is only when we observe all the significant and very little things of nature. Without doing and saying anything just observing and connecting to nature helps our soul and mind to get healed and feel refreshed every day. “Just look deep into nature and you will understand everything.”
